Taking advantage of the beautiful fall colors, Heather and Sean invited me up to Maple Valley so we could photograph their little family at Lake Wilderness. It was a popular location and we saw a handful of other groups taking photos, too. We were blessed with perfectly dry (but cool!) weather and just got back in the car when the downpour started!
Jami and Jake decided to take advantage of the extended summer weather a few weeks prior to the wedding to have their couples photos done. We all had a blast in a low-key, fun session out in Evergreen Valley!
I got to spend a beautiful evening with Jami and Jake out at their new home in Tumwater capturing this special time in their lives. We were even able to take her '68 Camaro down the road and catch a few last minutes of the sunset!
I had the honor of spending a beautiful Thursday morning with Suzanne, Joe and Joe's mother, Fran, taking photo's of the family while Fran was in Washington for a visit. Their gorgeous yard was perfect for the shoot and the cats and chickens provided endless entertainment!
On Independence Day, the Dolby and Ide families gathered in Olympia for a big family barbeque - a perfect opportunity for family photos! We had a great time in the Ide's beautiful back yard capturing the whole family, family units and even Moses, the family dog, snuck in for a few photos with Nicole!
I had the privilege of capturing little Oliver in his first few weeks of life. He wasn't so interested in sleeping, but was an incredibly chill little guy who just sat back and took everything in. I can't wait to see all that he is going to learn and do in his first year!
These two cousins were an absolute riot! We had fun capturing their personalities at their grandparents' home in Olympia, WA. Junior was totally in his element with his pole and boots fishing down the street at the creek!
Since her second birthday was fast approaching, Jocelyn's family decided to get some pictures to celebrate! Big brother Junior also got in on the action and we had a great time goofing around on grandma's quilt!
Jim and Sherrie celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at an intimate event with family where they renewed their vows, toasted the future, played games and laughed the night away.
